Peace Through the Eyes of Refugee Children

This past World Refugee Day, some of our refugee children had their art featured in the Mayor's Peace Exhibition here in Thailand. The question that led their art was: what is peace?

For many of them, peace is something they have only been able to imagine. These were some of their answers:

"Peace is a language that every heart understands."

"Where peace grows, fear disappears."

"Peace feels like finally breathing without fear."

We were so proud to see their work on the walls of EmSphere through the end of June. Each piece carries a hope worth holding up.

Will you join us in praying for the children behind these paintings, and for the millions of forcibly displaced families around the world they represent?

Nature. Family. Safety. Friendship. Places that feel like home. This is what peace looks like through their eyes.
