A Classroom Within Reach

Many refugee children long to learn, but do not have the opportunity. For many girls, especially those from places where education was never an option, the classroom has always felt out of reach.

Through our ESL and GED classes, children and youth also have a place to learn. In this space, they are known, encouraged, and given the opportunity to grow. A place where someone calls them by name and believes they can learn.

This is more than a classroom. It is a chance for children, especially girls, to step into a different future.

An important part of our work is for refugees to lead within the community. These leaders serve, care, and provide for their families and community with dignity. This is an investment in refugee leadership, education, and the community as a whole.

You can help children have access to education:

  • $100 a month gives one child access to education and a place to belong

  • $140 a month supports a refugee teacher as they lead and provide for their family

  • $85 one-time gift covers a GED exam

A smaller monthly gift or a one-time contribution also makes a difference.

Education changes futures. For many children, especially girls, it is the first step toward hope.
